Nitrogen rules in Truro
MassDEP's designated Natural Resource Nitrogen Sensitive Area layer does not list an estuary system for Truro. That does not automatically mean a given property is outside a designated area, and it does not change the Title 5 inspection requirement that applies on any sale.
Truro sits on the later designation date, so its timeline runs from September 2023 rather than July 2023.
